Summer has arrived in England! We have been having some lovely 80+ degree F weather this week. I think yesterday hit 90.
This might be considered reasonable weather if you could go outside to enjoy it for a bit, then retreat into your air-conditioned house. But with no air conditioning, I think it might be hotter inside my house than out.
At least the kids had their weekly swim lessons to cool them off. This week was parent observation week. The first time I really got to see what they've done all year (autumn term and summer term.)
Both kids are doing great! No trouble putting their faces in the water and getting across without touching the bottom.
The pool looked so nice and inviting, it was hard to sit and watch and not jump in.

Swimming skills will come in handy,glad they are doing well.This whole no A/C is killing me your right sometimes it is cooler outside. I love opening a window but there are no screens and I hate bugs! I lost it last night I told my Husband we better be leaving next summer I can't take it here anymore! And no A/C at my Gym! Germans don't like to have a draft might get sick. Crazy world! Have a great day!
