Coronation Chicken, or, if I have nothing else to write about, I can always write about food

Ben's favorite thing for Brad to have for lunch at the moment is Coronation Chicken.  Every morning Ben suggests that his dad have this for lunch, and every night Ben checks to make sure he did.  Brad eats it more often than he might like so that he can truthfully tell Ben that he in fact did have Coronation Chicken for lunch.  

Until recently I had no idea what Coronation Chicken was.  I knew it was a sandwich filler and imagined it maybe had a curry flavor.  

I was right about the curry - Coronation Chicken is basically chicken salad (or chicken mayonnaise) with mild curry flavor and raisins.  Its really quite good - a nice variation on plain chicken salad, anyway.

Of course Ben refuses to eat it himself because it has raisins in it.  But he does like raisins...
