In England, when you are looking at houses, there are certain things you may be used to but cannot take for granted: mixer taps, closets, hook-up for a vented clothes dryer...
In Texas, we've found, there are other things that you may be used to that you cannot take for granted, like green grass.

Do they advertise this: Has Green Grass! What area are you looking in Dallas? Good luck hard to llok over the internet even with virtual tours.
You just moved into the house in England... and now to move AGAIN! Ug! I was hoping you'd move back to PA. Well, at least Texas is closer than England.
Right now we are thinking about Plano/Frisco area. But like you say, its hard to figure it all out on the computer... And Tami, you will just have to come to Texas if you want to see us! Or we could all meet in Alabama!
